Process

How It Works

Whether it's a one-off custom order or a small production run, every project follows the same five steps. Here's exactly what to expect.

No surprises. The steps below are the same for a single custom piece, a 5-iteration prototype run, and a 250-unit production batch - only the cadence changes.

Tell us about your project

Use the contact form, email, or send a sketch. Files are welcome but not required - a written description and photos are enough to start.

Receive a quote

Within 24 hours on weekdays. The quote includes material, lead time, shipping, and any design-for-manufacturing (DFM) feedback we have on your file.

Approve and send files

Once you say go, send your CAD files (STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ). We'll confirm scale and orientation before printing.

We print and inspect

Each piece is hand-inspected before it leaves the workshop. On longer runs we send progress updates so you're not waiting in the dark.

Quality check and ship

We pack carefully, ship with tracking, and follow up to make sure everything arrived right.
